During onboarding, we will map the tools and handoffs you already use, clarify what should connect first, and help your team establish a practical starting workflow rather than asking you to change everything at once.

Who owns our data, and how is access handled?

Your shop owns the operational information you bring into Ratchetrace. Access should stay with the people and locations you authorize, and we treat customer and vehicle information as private shop data—not something to sell or make public. If you need a copy of your information or want to talk through access and retention, we will help you work through that request directly.

How does billing work if we upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

Plans are billed monthly: Core is $75/month, Pro is $150/month, and Multi-location starts at $250/month. If your needs change, talk with us about moving up or down a tier and we will explain the timing and charge before anything changes. You can also ask to cancel; we will confirm the effective date and any final charge clearly.
